Hello,  my name is Dr. Eric Katzman and I'm looking forward to meeting each of you, whether you are continuing, new or former patients.  As Dr. Scherf leaves the practice to focus on other endeavors, I want you to be confident that we will ensure an easy and comfortable transition.  I will continue the same commitment to outstanding dental care, trust and value that Dr. Scherf has brought to this practice, but with a new name and new dentist.

I would like to share with you a little about my self.  I have been practicing in the Seacoast Area since 2008.  I am orignially from Kansas and graduated from the University of Kansas with a BFA in painting. After several years working as a professional artist, I decided to merge my love of science with my artistic skills and become a dentist. In 2001 I moved to Boston to attend Harvard School of Dental Medicine and I graduated Cum Laude in 2005. After graduation I served our country as a Captain in the United States Air Force, practcing dentistry for three years at McGuire Air Force Base in New Jersey. In 2008 the Katzman family chose to move back to New England and chose the Seacoast Area. My wife and I couldn't imagine a better place to raise our family.

Three years later a dream has come true for me: leading an exceptional and caring dental team that makes trust, quality and compassion its focus.

When I am not delivering top notch dental care I enjoy spending time outdoors, and yes, even in the snow, especially with my family. I also still enjoy painting, drawing and printmaking.
